“P/4 Villas” is a collection of four modern industrial villas positioned within an established residential pocket in Pascoe Lane overlooking adjoining parkland.
P/4 Villas comprises four single-storey modern industrial villas set alongside established parkland. Designed and delivered by Neue Projects Co, the project explores proportion, light and connection to landscape, with each residence shaped by a restrained material palette and a focus on everyday functionality.
