His career started in urban and regional planning in the public sector where he built a strong foundation before moving into senior roles within the private sector, where he has successfully managed a diverse range of residential and industrial projects from concept through to delivery.

Andrew Muller
Andrew, a business management graduate, grew up in the Toowoomba region and built a 15-year career in Oil & Gas across Australia, the USA, and Canada, gaining extensive experience in operations, construction, and project management. His expertise in delivering complex projects gave him a strong understanding of how clients, stakeholders, and contractors can work together to achieve quality outcomes while managing risk.
Driven by his passion for real estate, Andrew founded 3Stone Projects, a development and sales company where he combines his skills in real estate, construction, and project management. As a licensed professional, he specialises in guiding development sales and building lasting relationships with buyers.
Over the past three years, Andrew has sold and marketed more than 110 residential lots in Toowoomba, earning a reputation for market knowledge, client focus, and exceptional post-sale support.
